Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. The person in this position has the primary responsibility for patient care including examination, treatment planning and administration of Respiratory Care procedures in response to a physician's order and or hospital protocol.
