Work- related knowledge qPCR, PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, molecular cloning, amplification of DNA sequences by PCR, protein expression techniques, protein purification, plasmid analyses by restriction digest, protein gel electrophoresis, DNA gel electrophoresis, Western blotting, Southern Blotting, siRNA/DNA transfections, are preferred. This individual will conduct laboratory methods utilizing the latest methodologies in molecular and cell biology in support of sponsored research, review scientific journals, abstracts and other literature for information applicable to research experiments.
