Position Overview: The Department of Facilities & Administrative Services is a large operational service organization that provides a broad array of services to the campus community through the following offices: Access Control Services, Automotive Services, Building Services, Energy & Central Utilities, Facilities Operations, Grounds & Landscape Maintenance Services, Mailing & Receiving Services, Occupational Safety and Environmental Services and Risk Management Services. This may include, but not be limited to: checking a heating system in response to a temperature complaint, resetting freeze stats, changing filters, cleaning heating units, responding to a leak, clearing a drain, unclogging a toilet, providing temporary solutions to water intrusions, resetting an elevator, helping to get persons out of a stuck elevator, putting doors back on track, minor lock repairs, resetting a fire alarm.
