In order to be successful in the role you must accurately enter prescription information, contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date, correspond with prescribers to clarify prescription information, fill prescriptions, prepare orders for delivery, maintain adequate inventory, resolve insurance issues and assist with Prior Authorizations. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will work as a part of the team to ensure patients receive specialty medication in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
