The Medical Lab Scientist will ensure the prompt, efficient, and accurate delivery of laboratory test results for medical prognosis and research, manage documentation for quality control and compliance, maintain laboratory equipment and inventory, participate in quality initiatives, and perform assigned CLIA roles to support various lab operations and shifts. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technologist from an approved accrediting organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT, NRCC, ABB, ASCPi) is required within six (6) months of hire if not licensed in Tennessee as a medical laboratory professional.
