Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborates with the Managers of Education and Procurement Services Team leadership in all aspects of comprehensive training for Procurement Services job roles to include the initial training period, process confirmations, regular competency evaluations, and ongoing education. Facilitates a broad range of field training experiences with team members during initial training period, following established training checklists, Infinite Legacy and hospital SOPs and protocols in a supportive and positive learning environment to encourage knowledge retention and skill development.
