What you’ll do at Crew: <ul><li>Smile! •</li><li>Work daytime hours, Monday-Friday</li><li>Live our #1 Value of Safety</li><li>WOW! Customers</li><li>Service advise and load customers</li><li>Ensure industry-leading quality for our customers</li><li>Help maintain a park-like environment (inside and outside)</li></ul> Crew’s commitments to you: <ul><li>$15 - $16 per hour + incentive pay</li><li>Daily pay options available at no cost to you</li><li>Paid Time Off + 6 paid holidays each year (Full Time only)</li><li>Free carwashes, naturally •</li><li>Flexible schedules</li><li>Industry-leading training</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Group health, dental, and vision (Full Time only)</li><li>401K with company match</li></ul> Crew’s expectations: <ul><li>Must be at least 16 years old</li><li>No prior work experience is required</li><li>Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time</li><li>Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment</li><li>Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)</li><li>Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency</li><li>Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump</li><li>Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment</li><li>Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts</li><li>Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms</li><li>Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds</li><li>Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices</li><li>Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes</li></ul> We're really in the people business, we just happen to wash cars!
