Extensive knowledge and experience in construction and maintaining commercial buildings, ability to read architectural drawing, cost estimating, scheduling, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, locks, basic carpentry, and other general maintenance work related to maintenance and repair of the Georgia Center along with simple construction and fabrication tasks. Maintain and repair facilities electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, door hardware and facilities key codes, carpentry, and other trade repairs, along with preventative maintenance activities established by the GC Maintenance department.
