High school diploma or GED and four years of experience in building trades, construction, or facilities maintenance, including carpentry, renovation, or related work; coupled with two or more years of supervisory or lead experience directing skilled trades staff or project crews; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Coordinate and evaluate construction, maintenance, and event-related projects by working with contractors, campus partners (including Athletics), and other stakeholders to scope, estimate, and deliver quality results.
