PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely transport guests and employees throughout Wintergreen Resort in a timely and professional manner Provide friendly, customer-focused service while assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and directions Coordinate with and assist other resort departments by providing timely transportation support for staff, equipment, and operational needs Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Support transportation operations by assisting with shop tasks, including cleaning and basic upkeep Install and remove tire chains and help prepare vehicles for varying weather conditions Maintain clear communication with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient transportation service MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
