Any conduct that places a child at risk—including reckless or distracted driving, failure to properly secure children, leaving a child unattended in a vehicle, unauthorized stops or passengers, failure to complete required vehicle checks, or knowingly violating transportation safety procedures—may result in immediate removal from driving duties and/or termination of employment. Availability for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, field trips, and other transportation needs may be required depending on the employee’s position and assigned schedule.
