This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience to our executive and VIP clientele. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment where precision, discretion, and professionalism are non-negotiable.<br/><br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/><br/><ul><li>Manage, book and oversee reservations with meticulous accuracy</li><li>Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs in real time within a 24/7 operational environment</li><li>Proactively monitor all trips to ensure flawless execution and on-time performance</li><li>Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and leadership via phone and email</li><li>Maintain detailed trip notes, client preferences, and service standards</li><li>Adapt quickly to schedule changes, flight delays, and last-minute requests</li></ul>Qualifications & Attributes:<br/><br/><br/><ul><li>Experience in luxury transportation, executive travel, hospitality, and concierge level services</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to white-glove, high-touch client service</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and grammar</li><li>Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure</li><li>Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 operation</li><li>Discretion and professionalism when handling high-profile clientele</li></ul>Location & Training:<br/><br/>This position will be in person for training and onboarding.  It will transition to remote upon successful completion of training.  Preference will be given to experienced candidates in Arizona, California, Nevada or New York. <br/><br/><br/>What We Value:<br/><br/>Precision. Our family of coaches is dedicated to having fun with two to eight-year-olds while introducing character building concepts during sessions. A genuine love of working with kids is the key to success with us. We use soccer as the platform, but soccer experience is not a requirement for the job. Our coaches are responsible for managing and delivering a high-quality Soccer Shots session. </p><h5>Key Responsibilities </h5><ul><li>Deliver first class coaching to two- to eight-year-olds </li><li>Engage, energize and inspire children in your session </li><li>Provide superior customer service before, during and after each session </li></ul><h5>Required Qualifications </h5><ul><li>Passion for teaching young children </li><li>Comfort using kid-friendly approaches, including singing and silliness, to connect with children </li><li>Dependability </li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver's license </li><li>Cleared background check and TB test </li></ul><h5>Preferred Qualifications </h5><ul><li>Experience working with children ages 2-8 </li><li>Certification in CPR/First Aid </li><li>ECE Units or Certification </li><li>Soccer skills </li></ul><h5>Expectations </h5><ul><li>Comes to all sessions prepared </li><li>Knowledgeable and familiar with Soccer Shots curricula and program </li><li>Brings complete set of equipment, uniforms and paperwork to every session </li><li>Dresses in Soccer Shots uniform </li><li>Arrives 20-30 minutes early to each session </li><li>Leads every session according to Soccer Shots standard </li><li>Exercises patience, professionalism, and flexibility in managing relationships with children and parents </li><li>Ensures the safety and well-being of every child </li><li>Follows on-site protocol for each location, as provided by supervisor and/or site director. </li><li>Attends all relevant meetings </li><li>Ensures timely communication with manager regarding schedule changes and challenges </li><li>Performs post-session protocol, including recording session attendance </li></ul><p>Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Are you looking for a great job where the work is actually fun?
