Preferred Experience• Deep-draw or metal stamping background• Tooling & fixture design expertise• Machining experience• Welding processes: spot, projection, MIG• Automation, robotics, and vision systems• ISO/IATF quality systems knowledge• Lean manufacturing and CI experience Skills & Competencies• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint• Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, or SolidWorks (preferred)• Ability to read/interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models• Understanding of CAD/CAE principles• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.• 5+ years of relevant experience in tooling, metal stamping, machining, or sheet-metal manufacturing.
