Partner with leader in preparing plans and specifications for new terminals, existing terminal expansion(s), and maintenance/improvement projects (i.e., building renovations, scale, steam boiler, air compressor installations, electrical and lighting improvements/enhancements, pavement improvement/replacements, track rehabilitation and construction, etc.). Support Dir Terminal Development in managing and coordinating all planning, permitting, designing, estimating, procuring, and construction of TRANSFLO facility assets with internal and external contractors/resources (including, but not limited to: civil, mechanical, structural, electrical and architectural).
