The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear or smell. Under the direction of a Track Supervisor, or other company official, this position is engaged in welding and related tasks that support the maintenance, repair, and construction of freight and passenger railroad track with a "safety first" focus.
