We are looking for individuals that will be responsible for developing welding techniques, procedures, and application of welding equipment to problems involving fabrication of metals, utilizing knowledge of production specifications, properties and characteristics of metals and metal alloys, and engineering principles: Conducts research and development investigations to develop and test new fabrication processes and procedures, improve existing or develop new welding equipment, develop new or modify current welding methods, techniques, and procedures. While performing the duties of this job the Associate is regularly required to walk, sit, use of computer keyboard, maneuver through the office and factory, use a 10-key calculator, and communicate with customer and management in person, by email or via telephone, and the Associate is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
