Inspect hydronic, condenser-water, steam, condensate, refrigerant, fuel-gas, equipment, and other assigned mechanical piping; verify fit-up, alignment, joint preparation, preheat/interpass controls where required, weld profile, supports, valves, specialties, access, cleanliness, and related trade interfaces. Maintain weld maps, weld logs, welder identification and continuity records, WPS/PQR/WPQ documentation, visual examination reports, weld-repair records, pressure-test records, flushing and cleaning documentation, and other required quality records.
