Candidates should be comfortable working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and structural components while using grinders, cutting torches, saws, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment. The ideal candidate has previous Stick welding experience in an industrial, fabrication, construction, or maintenance environment and understands proper joint preparation, equipment setup, weld inspection, and repair procedures.
