The Program Administrator serves as the primary coordinator for program implementation and works closely with community partners, schools, healthcare organizations, libraries, employers, faith communities, local governments, and regional stakeholders to improve mental health literacy, reduce stigma, increase awareness of available resources, and strengthen pathways to behavioral health services and mental wellness supports. The Growing Mental Wellness Program Administrator provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for the Growing Mental Wellness Together initiative across Centerstone covered counties: Brown, Lawrence, and Jackson and LifeSpring covered counties: Crawford, Harrison, Orange, Perry, and Washington as part of Region 7's Rural Health Transformation Program.
