Collegiate degree and related experience, specifically: A Bachelor's or Masters' degree from an accredited college or university in Human Services, Case Management, Social Work or the equivalent, and one year of full-time experience working with the adult or geriatric population; OR. An Associate Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Services, Case Management, Social Work, or the equivalent, and three years of full-time experience working with the adult or geriatric population.
