Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading accredited health sciences programs; Demonstrated success building workforce, employer, and community partnerships; Experience securing grants, external resources, or strategic partnerships; Experience leading strategic enrollment growth, program innovation, and organizational change; Demonstrated ability to use data and evidence to drive decision-making, continuous improvement, and student success outcomes. The Dean fosters a cooperative and collaborative environment; guides curriculum review and improvement; leads the development and adoption of new programs, courses, and services aligned with the College's guided pathways model; facilitates articulation agreements with other institutions and agencies in cooperation with instructional staff; and uses internal and external needs analyses to determine programmatic and service priorities.
