Your role will consist of taking your understanding of our products and procedures and listening to the problems of our key partners across Operations and Engineering to 1) identify new digital and procedural solutions opportunities, 2) create a streamlined well-defined problem statement, 3) generate options and evaluate various solutions that link directly to the company goals, 4) developing and managing roadmap execution using iterative value delivery in small pieces that improve the work processes that our teams complete, and 5) supervise the implementation of the roadmap results to be sure they are accomplishing the stated value. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing, vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
