Candidates must have prior managerial or leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or supporting staff performance, and experience supporting the mental, social, and emotional well-being of children, adolescents, and adults in youth-serving or residential settings. This role plays a critical part in shaping a safe, supportive, and emotionally healthy camp environment by strengthening staff confidence, promoting positive camper regulation, and reinforcing consistent, developmentally appropriate approaches to behavior and emotional support across camp.
