Job Summary: Responsible for the overall maintenance, appearance, and operational condition of the residential community, including resident service requests, emergency response, apartment turnovers, preventive maintenance programs, and supervision of maintenance personnel and vendors. Preferred Qualification: Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred due to regular interaction with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and community stakeholders.
