<h5>Wine & Spirits Sales Representative </h5><p>Sales Territory will be Columbia/Jefferson City and surrounding Missouri area. </p><h5>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </h5><ul><li>Responsible for regular call frequency on assigned retail accounts primarily to sell volume, increase distribution, merchandise, monitor price and shelf space management </li><li>Build business relationships with and present professional sales presentations using sales histories and pitchbooks </li><li>Responsible for maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks </li><li>Responsible for maintaining Route Accounting Software. This includes, but not limited to, inventory, code dates, surveys, software versions, etc. </li><li>Responsible for checking emails and reports daily. </li><li>Sell-in new placements. Merchandise with paper P.O.S., book permanent P.O.S. </li><li>Work with the credit department to resolve credit issues including collecting past due balances </li><li>Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity and special promotional activities </li><li>Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the District Sales Manager and implementation of Company programs at retail level </li><li>Responsible for being a resource for our customers, to increase their business </li><li>Responsible for working some weekends and holidays </li><li>Responsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by Sales Manager </li></ul><p>Salary, commission, incentives. </p>

The Wine Sales Consultant’s primary responsibilities are to visit the customer, have the right consultative sales conversations, and increase sales revenue.
