The Wine Cellar Runner will be responsible for maintaining the general organization and cleanliness of the wine cellar, including managing wine location numbers, and monitoring inventory. Monitor inventory levels within the Cellar to ensure that items may be properly reordered (where applicable), and that all Wine Directors are kept informed of 86'd items.
