Specific month-end close activities include: • Preparation and review of journal entries for operating companies, as well as consolidation and elimination entries • Record, analyze and review inter- and intra- company transactions • Review of trial balances and monthly trends; perform additional review as needed to support the close • Analysis and review of operating company financial statements, both foreign and domestic • Preparation and review of monthly U.S. GAAP financial statements including, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow • Preparation and review of high-quality balance sheet account reconciliations • Support a sustainable and efficient close and reporting process with a continuous improvement mindset • Preparation of quarterly external reporting deliverables and support of internal and external audit requirements. • Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting and/or relevant industry experience (combination preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required • CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred • Proficiency in Excel required, experience with SAP and OneStream a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
