As a Senior Manager in M&A Financial Due Diligence (FDD) on the Deloitte Private Equity M&A Services team, you will be responsible for: Advising on financial, commercial, and technical accounting matters related to transactions, including business combinations, consolidations, share-based compensation, revenue recognition, leases, intangible assets, and financial instruments. As a global leader in providing consulting services to the Private Equity ecosystem, Deloitte works with clients to address a range of critical issues brought on by regulatory changes, competition, globalization, advances in technology including AI, and the changing demands of their customers.
