The Facility Manager will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support production continuity, facility expansion, capital projects, preventive maintenance, security, and workplace services, ensuring the facility meets the operational demands of a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our advanced manufacturing facility producing next-generation uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) and defense technologies.
