The Foreman works collaboratively with the Facilities Manager to maintain Norwich Free Academy's buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure in a safe, clean, orderly, and operational condition and assists with maintenance planning, repairs, renovations, projects, contractor and vendor coordination, emergency response, and department operations. Coordinate and supervise snow removal, sanding, salting, de-icing, and severe-weather operations, including Facilities staff and outside contractors, and monitor campus conditions to ensure entrances, walkways, roadways, parking areas, and other priority areas are appropriately addressed.
