This position oversees maintenance activities, prioritizes work, provides technical guidance, and supports the Plant Manager/Supervisor in improving equipment reliability, productivity, and overall operations. Required Work Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision within the ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt, industrial, or related industry.
