Proven Knowledge of frequently used concepts, practices and procedures for installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, repairing computer hardware, Windows and OSX operating systems, email systems, Office 365 applications, Audiovisual equipment, conferencing software, academic applications, software configuration, network components, telephone, UPS, multi-media equipment, Active Directory services, Group Policy Manager, Microsoft Configuration Manager (formerly known as SCCM), PowerShell and Batch scripting, and software packaging is required. Under general supervision, the Senior Campus Technology Specialist provides technical assistance to end-users, manages software and hardware deployments, maintains computer and other technologies on-site and remote at the campuses, centers, and partner locations.
