Position requires experience in the following: Developing project plans, timelines / schedules, budgets, proposed layouts, resource requirements and calculating ROI; Working with the lean toolbox and utilizing lean principles to reduce waste; Working with logistics best practices, root cause analysis, six sigma and continuous improvement methodologies; Working with tooling and equipment for material handling operations and its impact to safety, accuracy, quality, throughput, and efficiency; Working with Warehouse Autonomous solutions such as AGVs, AMRs, or AGCs; Working with manufacturing execution systems including configuration, information retrieval and troubleshooting transactional errors; Working with different types of bills of materials between engineering and production; Working in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, AND AutoCAD. Set up production material and improve space utilization through design and implementation of racking systems, flow racks, component conveyance systems, vertical lift modules, carousel storage systems, and component sorting systems from small hard ware components to large "rail vehicle" size components.
