Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of agency facilities, grounds, equipment, and building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, painting, lighting, doors, locks, windows, fixtures, furniture, and other facility components. The Facilities Technician I performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair, inspection, and facility support duties to ensure Sunbeam Family Services facilities, grounds, equipment, and building systems are safe, functional, and well maintained.
