Analyze Data Request List (DRL) elements from clients for compliance with all regulatory aspects of the 340B program, including pharmacy purchasing, Program registration, contract pharmacy arrangements, Medicaid Exclusion File (MEF), policies and procedures, and processes in place to prevent diversion and duplicate discounts. Maintain proficiency in developing and delivering effective presentations and written materials to a variety of audiences, including C-suite consulting clients, client administrators, Regional Vice Presidents, and Directors of Pharmacy, speaking engagements and publishing through key professional conferences and organizations.
