Occasionally, we may use AI to help us generate job descriptions or to refine the language in our job postings for clarity, but rest assured that AI has no decision-making authority in our hiring process - we don't use AI to screen resumes, determine which applicants are selected to move forward with interviews, or decide which candidate will be hired.
