Job Summary: The Vice President, Human Resources serves as the senior HR leader responsible for workforce strategy, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across mission-critical environments that may include data centers, mission-critical and critical environments, facilities management and integrated facilities management, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor and cleanroom operations, life sciences, healthcare facilities, construction, commissioning, capital projects, industrial operations, infrastructure, utilities, and other 24/7 hard-services and engineering operations. This leader partners with Executive Leadership, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Safety, Finance, and Commercial teams to build the talent, leadership capability, and workforce infrastructure required for 24/7 operations, operational reliability, client commitments, and profitable growth.
