Schedule Details/Additional Information: This Enterprise Manager role oversees all work in support of ACL Outreach and Referral / Sendout Testing, including establishing EpicCare Link for new external submitters, point to point interfaces for high volume external clients, hC1 (Accumen) orders/results connections to 3rd party EMRs, supporting and maintaining test menus for integrations of all reference labs, including but not limited to LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, Mayo, ARUP and Viracor. Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.
