Ensures timely delivery of new capabilities and functionality, managing vendor partners and project resources to established budget.</li><li>Serve as SME on disaster recovery including, but not limited to: coordination, planning, business processes and integrations. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to identify and document business requirements. Evaluate capabilities and recommend solutions that meet the business requirements.</li><li>Partner closely with product owners and teams using knowledge of overall disaster recovery best practices. Facilitate review, planning, continuous improvement well as recommend work arounds or solutions. Engage vendor partners for support of deeper analysis and resolution as needed.</li><li>Leverage analytical skills to identify and recommend strategies to optimize spend of purview technology programs/services.</li><li>Develop and run reports for all supported systems and services. Use analytics to inform configuration and roadmap decisions. Develop and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.</li></ul>Education: High School Diploma/GEDTravel: 5%Pay Range: $93,000.00 - $158,000.00 AnnuallyWhat we expect from you<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field is preferred</li><li>5+ years of technology experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT Service Management, Disaster Recovery, or other related technologies.</li><li>Ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits.</li><li>Deep working knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes and standards.Experience multitasking across multiple projects and partner with technical teams to achieve milestones leveraging project management disciplines, waterfall, agile, etc.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.
