Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across UBOS components, including SAP BRIM, SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, CRM applications, middleware, APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations, customer web portals, mobile applications, IVR, and chatbot platforms. Fully document all created work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, and best practices, following Commission formats and templates.
