The Referral Specialist will perform at least one of the following functions: act as a liaison between the providers, patients, insurance companies, and clinical departments to schedule patients, verify insurance eligibility, and transcribe orders. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
