Key responsibilities include leading all HR functions across multiple dealership locations, partnering with executive leadership on organizational strategy and workforce planning, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for key roles, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, guiding compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance management, supporting dealership leaders with employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution, developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and training programs, and helping build a culture that attracts and retains top talent. What we're looking for: Proven HR leadership experience (automotive or multi-location environment preferred), strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, ability to influence and partner with senior leadership, hands-on approach with a willingness to engage at the store level, high level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
