This position partners closely with executive leadership, Project Executives, Operations leadership, Safety, QA/QC, Prefabrication, and Project Management teams to ensure projects are properly staffed, operational risks are mitigated, schedules are achieved, and customer expectations are exceeded. This role provides strategic oversight for labor forecasting, manpower allocation, project execution planning, construction sequencing, operational consistency, and field performance across multiple large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, and mission critical/data center projects.
