Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across ICU float cluster units, including medical/surgical/trauma ICU, cardiothoracic ICU (lung transplants, ECMO), and neuro ICU, maintaining a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Pass a Day 1 SIMs Lab (pass/fail) covering Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes with strict sterile field technique; also complete educational modules on lifts, restraints, and wound care.
