This individual collaborates closely with transplant administrator, surgeons, nephrologists/hepatologists, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, quality, financial coordinators, social workers, pharmacists, and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered transplant care throughout the pre-transplant and post-transplant continuum. Job Summary: The Transplant Program Director will be reporting to Upstate Transplant Center Administrator and is responsible for the operational, administrative, quality, and regulatory oversight of the transplant outpatient clinic and associated ambulatory services.
