As a representative of the CEO and the firm, you showcase strong executive presence and professionalism (demonstrated by acute attention to detail, accessibility, high EQ, etc.) both in written communication and when greeting or interacting with clients (i.e. in Capital Group offices or at corporate events). In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
