This leader will spend majority of their time in the field-checking on crews, ensuring safety and performance, and addressing issues-and balance of time in the office-planning schedules, aligning resources, and coordinating with leadership, warehouse, and operations teams. Strong familiarity with material handling and field logistics practices (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging), with the ability to perform spot checks, ensure safe and proper use, and maintain credibility with crews without daily operation.
