The Director of Children and Youth Ministries, with the guidance of the Senior Pastor and committee chairpersons, will develop, plan, coordinate, supervise, implement, and conduct children's and family ministries within the church to help further the spiritual life and faith of the church. With the intention of reaching new families with children, coordinate and work with the Outreach, Nurture, and Evangelism ministries and any other groups within the church to reach out to the neighborhood schools and residences.
