p>Under the direction and supervision of the Aurora Township Director of Community Services, the Youth Worker is responsible for supervising and leading educational and extracurricular afterschool and summer activities for youth at the Youth & Community Center. The Youth Worker will assist in developing and executing afterschool and summer programs, supervising and mentoring youth, and planning, scheduling, leading, and supervising sports and recreational programs.
The Youth & Families Support Services Manager plays a key leadership role in strengthening student engagement, family partnerships, and youth support systems across the organization. This position oversees student support and engagement efforts, staff training related to youth development and behavioral health, family engagement initiatives, and the continued evolution of PV's support services model.
