Tubman is seeking a full-time Youth and Family Worker- Rapid Re-Housing, to provide resources and connections to comprehensive services for clients in Safe Journeys program, housing, and community-based settings. Each year, Tubman offers safety, hope, and healing to nearly 18,000 people of all ages, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds who face relationship violence, trafficking, homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, and other trauma.
